I want to congratulate anyone who has taken on this quest of losing weight for better living. I have lost over 100 lbs in the last year alone and my story and before and after pictures are on the main page of the site before you log in or if you view my profile if logged in.

If you are a person who has lost one pound or even a significant amount of weight and this has changed your life for the better then please, share with us!

I am faced a second time with a weight problem and I am fighting this disease as best as I can!
